How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database which is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act.  We therefore have posted, and adhere to, our privacy policy as listed on our web site.  The privacy policy can be found and accessed on each page by accessing the page footer.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our Virtual Locker Room service may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their profile.  Access to their profile is available on all web pages within the Virtual Locker Room.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) in that we do not request, store, or maintain personally identifiable information for users 13 and under.  To ensure COPPA compliance, all users are required to register for our site prior to receiving access.  Part of our registration process requires all users to identify themselves as 13 and under, or over 13.  If the user identifies themselves as 13 and under, our site will not allow personally identifiable information to be entered by the user.  Furthermore, we require users 13 and under to provide at least one parent contact information (name and email).  We notify the parent, via email using the contact information provided by the child under 13, making them aware of the use of our site.  Within the email to the parent(s) we provide the specific information on our privacy policy and terms of use.  To learn more about COPPA please visit http://www.coppa.org/ .
