Cancellation Policy
While its hard for us to imagine someone not finding the Virtual Locker Room a great tool for managing a sports team, we understand from time to time someone may want to cancel their service plan. Because we stand by our service, we offer a generous 7 day return policy for anyone who signs up a team. If during the first seven days after you sign up your team, and pay for a service plan, you decide the Virtual Locker Room is not the right solution for your team we will gladly return your service plan payment to you. Only the person who signed up and paid for the service plan is eligible to initiate a service plan cancellation request. The process to initiate a service plan cancellation is as follows;
- Send an email to support@swarmz.com with your name, the team name, the date you signed up the team, and a brief explanation on why you want to cancel your service plan.
- Upon receipt of your completed service plan cancellation request email, inclusive of all the required information as noted above, our support team will process a full return of your service plan payment.
- Please allow 4 weeks for processing the cancellation of your service plan
Any service plan cancellation requests received after the first 7 days are ineligible for a service plan cancellation of any kind.
